SHIPPING

We ship within the United States only. Most orders ship same day. All orders ship within 1 business day of placement. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Haven Labs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon shipment.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final. We stand behind every product we carry. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you have a concern, contact us at support@havenlabs.io within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right. Haven Labs LLC is not responsible for product degradation resulting from improper storage or handling after delivery.
